ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a return in line with our policy below, within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
ONLINE RETURN OPTIONS
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full Price online purchases returned to our online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund or a credit note.
SALE ITEMS: Sale items purchased are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled 'FINAL SALE.’
EXCHANGING ITEMS: Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate exchanges via the online store. You are welcome to return only eligible items outlined within this policy and repurchase your new size/item.
Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 30 days of delivery.
If your return is eligible and meets our return conditions, a free return label will be issued to you electronically. Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns authorization and include the following information;
• order number
• name on order
• style code
• return reason code
Returns received without a returns authorization will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email email@example.com for a returns authorization.
Refunds can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new credit note will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a credit note will be issued.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months and valid immediately online.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Free return labels are electronically provided and issued by Bardot’s customer service team. We are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this process has not been followed.
