Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs

In order to receive your orders by Christmas please see delivery cut-off times below:

  • Ground: Friday 12 December
  • 3 Day Select: Monday 15 December
  • 2nd Day Air: Tuesday 16 December
  • DHL International: Tuesday 2 December

SHIPPING (CONTIGUOUS U.S.) 

All orders with a cart sub total of $150 and above (excluding tax) automatically receives Free Ground Shipping.

Our orders typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2- 5 business days, however during peak times your order may be dispatched outside of this estimated time frame due to high volumes.

We offer a range of postal methods so you can pick the option that best suits you. 

Please see below our shipping methods offered and estimated delivery timeframes;
Ground - Orders are typically received within 2 – 8 business days from dispatch 
Second Day Expedited (Two business days) - Orders are typically received within 2 business days from dispatch 
Third Day Expedited (Three business days) - Orders are typically received within 3 business days from dispatch

We do our best to ensure the timely dispatch of all orders, however we cannot guarantee delivery within the above timeframes. When selecting 2-3 day Priority Mail or Ground please bear in mind that this does not include the 2-5 business days we allow to pack and dispatch. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are only provided a estimated delivery timeframe from our carriers. On rare occasions and during peak periods, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, any delays are our of our control however we appreciate your patience and understanding.

PART SHIPPED ORDERS

In the instance that we are unable to fulfil the entirety of your order, the available items will be dispatched to you as a part-shipment while we investigate your missing item/s.

We will get in touch with you within 1-3 business days to confirm a second shipment for the missing goods (no additional delivery fees will be charged), or alternatively if the item/s are not available we will provide a refund via your original payment method.

Please note: order fulfilment is not guaranteed, and all orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
Items assessed to be faulty are eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please contact us.
 

ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION


Due to our quick processing and dispatch times we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed, this includes changes to your address, items, pricing and delivery method. This is stated in your order confirmation email and our terms and conditions.

In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait to receive your dispatch email to track your order. Most orders with an incomplete address will be returned to us, and if this occurs we will process a refund less any shipping costs.
